Avery was honestly the perfect car salesman for our family. I’ll be honest; sometimes car salespeople can come across as pushy or overly eager to make the sale, but Avery was the complete opposite. He was calm, quiet, humble, and genuinely gave us the space to figure out what we wanted. He never once pressured us or constantly pushed different options at us. Instead, he listened, answered our questions, and let us make the decision that felt right for our family. Avery is not your typical sales rep, and that is exactly what made the experience so great. Recently started looking for a new diesel, and returned to Southside as I had purchased my last vehicle there. My sales associate Adrienne was quick with responses, answered all my questions and made sure the transition to the finance department was seamless. Once in finance Elissa was very clear with expectations, and timelines, and even came in on her day off to get things rolling. Once the approval was in place they knew I was in need of the vehicle very quickly, and got everything done, including arranging the detail within 4 hours. Never felt pressured to buy and once the decision to purchase was made it was a great experience

I recently bought a 2025 jeep compass. Adrienne and Elissa were amazing. There was a really good interest rate that may have ended that night so they stayed open for us to make the deal. I went straight from work to the dealership and they even had pizza for me to eat. Now that is going above and beyond. We worked out an amazing deal and I couldn't be happier. I came from Airdrie to buy a 2017 Dodge Ram Laramie which was in immaculate condition which was advertised on facebook market place and am very happy with my purchase.I would recommend that if you are looking for a new or used vehicle to come to Southside Dodge and look at their inventory.
