Shelly the service advisor and her associated staff did an amazing job helping me with 2023 Dodge 3500 and the problems that I was having with the EGR system, along with other warranty covered items. Shelly went to bat for me with Chrysler and saved me a large amount of money. I have to say that it was the best experience that I have had at South Side and Shelly is my go-to when I drive my truck into that bay. I know that once I see Shelly at her desk, I know that I whatever the problem is, it’s going to be taken care of. Plus, the shuttle program is top notch. Being dropped off and picked up while my truck is down definitely makes life a lot easier than finding a ride or asking my wife to drive to/from Red Deer.

Had a great experience with Andrea as my service advisor! My vehicle was diagnosed quickly and huge shout out to the mechanic who stayed overtime to finished my vechicle and completed a day earlier than expected! I have always trusted getting my vehicle serviced here. Oh and the pick up and drop off service is always premium with low wait times.

Southside Dodge is a teir above the rest when it comes to customer engagement and communication. Brian Fillmore did an excellent job finding a perfect vehicle for us. The sales manager Lee knows his vehicles inside and out and was happy to answer all of my technical questions. I recommend this dealership highly.

If I could leave 10 stars I would! This place is quite literally the best over all environment and buying experience I’ve ever had. It really shows what being family owned and operated means! They hold integrity are honest and forthcoming, and don’t waste your time. I was looking for something fairly specific and a little older and they made it happen and I couldn’t be happier with my 2017 Ram. Hats off to Amanda at the service desk. Bought a new to me vehicle and she was quick to get it in and inspected properly so I had the peace of mind I needed. Bought a new 2500 Rebel from Adrienne, she was great to deal with. Peter in the business office was awesome as well, he had our whole package done up when we went to pickup the truck. Kirsten in parts was exceptional as well getting all our extras installed. It was a very positive experience dealing with Southside. Job well done Adrienne, Peter and Kirsten.

Amanda at southside dodge Red Deer in the parts centre was amazing. Came in to see how much it would be for a new set of lugbolts for tires. And Amanda was able to get me my car in get a new set put on my tires. Will definitely be back again

Amanda, customer service advisor is so terrific!! She was so helpful in getting my truck fixed. She kept me up to date in the repairs for my truck and when my truck will be ready for pickup. She went above and beyond, great customer service. Her attitude and service was phenomenal. Thank-you Amanda and the mechanic Dean and whoever else that worked on my truck, for helping me get my truck fixed and back on the road. I highly recommend Dodge Southside Dealership for all your vehicle repairs. Also I had no ride to pick up my truck and Amanda arranged a shuttle driver to pick me up. Avery was honestly the perfect car salesman for our family. I’ll be honest; sometimes car salespeople can come across as pushy or overly eager to make the sale, but Avery was the complete opposite. He was calm, quiet, humble, and genuinely gave us the space to figure out what we wanted. He never once pressured us or constantly pushed different options at us. Recently started looking for a new diesel, and returned to Southside as I had purchased my last vehicle there. My sales associate Adrienne was quick with responses, answered all my questions and made sure the transition to the finance department was seamless. Once in finance Elissa was very clear with expectations, and timelines, and even came in on her day off to get things rolling. Once the approval was in place they knew I was in need of the vehicle very quickly, and got everything done, including arranging the detail within 4 hours. Never felt pressured to buy and once the decision to purchase was made it was a great experience

Emily in Detail is amazing , she does such a great job cleaning vehicles , I brought my car in and specifically requested her , she takes care of every little detail and even with over 200,000km on my vehicle , she made it look new !!! Wow she is awesome !
