FAQ: Paint Protection Film

What is Paint Protection Film?

It's a transparent, self-healing film applied to your vehicle's paint to protect it from chips, scratches, and stains.

What's the difference between Partial and Full Front PPF?

Partial front covers 18" of the hood, fenders, mirrors, and bumper. Full front covers the entire front end including headlights, grille, A-pillars, and a roof strip.

How long does it last?

PPF can last up to 10 years with proper care.

Will the film yellow over time?

No. Our PPF resists yellowing due to its UV-stable topcoat.

Can I go through a car wash with PPF?

Yes. Touchless washes are safe, and regular washing with proper products keeps your film looking new. Be cautious with high pressure and avoid the edges of your PPF to prevent lifting.

Why is your impact area package more expensive than other places?

We only use thicker 10M film on these areas. The thinner films do not hold up nearly as well in rough impact areas.
